TIDES INN BOUTIQUE HOTEL POLICIES

Check-In Time: 3 P.M. – Check-Out Time: 11 AM

Office Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Please confirm reception of checkin instructions if you plan to arrive after 6:00 P.M.

Parking: While we try to accommodate all guests parking needs, parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit reserved and guaranteed ONLY for Penthouse, Efficiency, and Apartment units. These spaces are designated and assigned. No exceptions, plan accordingly. Violators WILL BE TOWED at their own expense and/or an inconvenience fee of $150 will be charged to your account should staff have to resolve parking issues after hours.

Pool: For the safety and comfort of our guests, pool use is for registered guests ONLY. Per county guidelines, pool use is authorized from dusk to dawn only. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

External Guests: Hotel property and facilities are strictly for registered guests. External guests are NOT PERMITTED on site and will be cordially asked to leave.

After 10:00 pm, for the comfort and relaxation of all guests, quiet time. No outside speakers allowed

Reservations Payment: The hotel will charge a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay upon booking. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals ($250 per reservation). The authorization will hold the funds until check out, we will release the hold within 24 hours, however it can take your bank anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to return the funds to the
account after you check out.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 14 days before check-in date to receive refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before checkin will be charged full amount of booking total. Refunds for cancellations after 90 days of original booking will incur a 3.5% processing fee for deposits made with credit card. No refunds for early departures.

Early Check-In: Early check-in is offered ONLY WHEN AVAILABLE. The hotel can provide an early Check-In upon availability for a FLAT FEE of $50

Late Check-Out: Late check-outs will only be granted IF AVAILABLE up to 1 P.M for a flat fee of $50. If you need after 1 P.M. late check-out, the fee will be $150.
Late check-outs can only be confirmed within 24 hrs from the check-out date.

Rates are for double occupancy in Hotel Rooms 2, 4, 6, 9 & 11 also for Efficiencies 1, 3, 5 & 10 and 1 Bedroom Apartment 8. Any additional person will be charged $30.00 per night.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. All rooms are cleaned and treated as non-smoking rooms.

Amenities: Beach chairs and umbrellas are a courtesy to guests and must be returned to beach gate by 6:00PM. Loss or damage may result in a replacement/repair charge to guest. Locks are provided with bicycles. Loss of bicycles will result in a replacement fee.

Activities Guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of any and every kind involved with or arising from participation in bicycle, kayak, and paddle board activities and further acknowledge having proper training and strength for said activities.

Weather We have no control over the weather and with the exception of a Hurricane Warning issued for our area there is absolutely no refunds for early departure or no shows because of weather related events.
